Erin joined FNAS in July, 2010, after spending several years working in the banking industry. A quick learner, Erin steadily climbed up the ranks, achieving the position of Production Supervisor. As Erin continued to excel as a supervisor, she was promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President and Operations Manager. Erin’s teams play critical roles in the FNAS Workshare Program, handling all disbursement issues, client escalations, curative matters and policy issuance. Additionally, Erin supervises the recording team, which provides essential services to both Agency and Workshare. In her role, Erin not only keeps her teams motivated and engaged in our fast-paced and high-volume environment, but she also personally handles escalated matters that may require special attention, including those that call for input and assistance from other FNAS departments. Erin’s commitment to customer satisfaction is second-to-none, a fact that endears her to all of our agents and customers.

Erin lives in Little Elm, Texas with her husband, Justin, daughter, Sophie, and son, Hudson.
