Non-Licensed State Solution
FNAS offers its customers the opportunity to enter into a contractual arrangement where FNAS performs title production and/or disbursement services for transactions involving properties in which the customer is not licensed. Under this arrangement, the customer performs certain administrative tasks and remains the point of contact for the parties to the transaction, while FNAS becomes the “back office”, providing a seamless experience for your clients.

Centralized National Underwriting Support
The FNAS Underwriting Team provides national agents with one point of contact for underwriting questions in all of the agents’ licensed states. We offer a dedicated underwriting hotline and email address, both of which are closely monitored by National Underwriting Counsel during our business hours. The FNAS National Underwriting Counsel are available to assist with all underwriting questions in all 50 states, including those arising during complex transactions.
The FNAS Underwriting Team is also happy to help in calculating premiums and determining which forms are available in a particular state. In addition to responding to day-to-day underwriting questions, the FNAS Underwriting Team provides several website resources to support examination and clearance employees in efficiently moving transactions to closing. Webinars are also presented on a variety of topics, with recordings posted to the website for reference purposes. Multi-State Licensing Support
Should an agent desire to become licensed in a new state, FNAS will provide the agent with that state’s licensing requirements. In addition, we can offer guidance and helpful hints, based upon our experiences throughout the years. The FNAS agency team’s involvement does not end once a license is obtained. We continue to assist our agents in maintaining and renewing their licenses to ensure continued compliance with state licensing requirements.
