Jill left First American Title Insurance Company to join Michele and Adeline in creating FNAS in November, 2005. In the five years that Jill spent at First American, she progressed from escrow assistant, to escrow officer, to team lead, to national trainer, and finally, national operations support. While Jill excelled in all of her positions, she thrived in her technology position. So, when Michele offered her the chance to develop processes and workflow for her new company, FNAS, Jill immediately accepted. Jill’s hard work, in collaboration with Michele and Adeline, resulted in the first of its kind production system. She has continued to work tirelessly over the years to refine and enhance FNAS systems, allowing FNAS to offer revolutionary and unparalleled products to its agents.
